「I was staying in the area for 3 days with work. I was considering a chain hotel but saw this on Hotels.com. It was reasonably priced and close to where I was working. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It was a lovely little self contained cottage whee I could finish work and shut myself away from the world. There was a microwave and kettle although no oven or hob but there is a decent pub a few yards down the road for food. A lovely quiet oasis in a busy, frantic world」

「Great location and size for a one bedroom! Recommend they fix the running toilet and add a fan since it gets hot with the windows shut during the day. Very clean and convenient surrounding area. 」

「Everything was nice but the room I had was not fit for business as there was no desk per se. Appart frol that i loved the room nice carpet soundprooness Marshall loudspeaker (nice touch). 」

「Lovely room, modern, clean and comfortable bed with excellent shower. Not too much clothes hanging / storage area but no problem for a short stay.」

「All necessities are well equipped for short stay including minimum food stuff. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is good overlooking Cam River. 」

「The whole checkin experience was excellent from the owners of this great pub/restaurant/guesthouse despite them not having a clue that i was staying due to Expedia not informing them of my arrival. However they worked around this, and made me feel welcome and even upgraded me to a suite, I did have to pay direct, but assured a refund if the Expedia payment is also taken 」

You can eat full traditional English breakfast. People are very helpful and friendly. But leftovers in a desk drawer and I threw them away on first day. Sanitary bin was always full though I never used. Overall I could enjoy a week in Cambridge and Christ’s college is a very nice place to stay.」

The lunch we had was great, and the breakfast we ate in the attached cafe was delicious. Staff was EXCELLENT and so kind and helpful. Our room was a little smaller than we expected, but it was fine. 「Great restaurant and good location in a quiet neighborhood near Cambridge. The staff was very accommodating and even kept the kitchen open late to provide us dinner upon our late arrival. Rooms are small but well appointed & good value for the price. The bed size was advertised as king but it was a double which is small for us. The windows do not open in the room (perhaps for safety as the rooms are all ground floor) so the room was a bit stuffy and warm for our comfort. A fan was provided,...
