Aircon was broken on the hottest week, which is fairenough and out of their control, However the communication of this was poor, When i checked in, had an issue with the TV so went to the desk to have a receptionist check out the tv, I asked about the Aircon and she promised that she would reset the aircon, implying that would fix it. I then asked for a fan when it was clear this wasnt going to work first on the whatsapp group when i got one reply saying they would look into it for me and confirm shortly. There was no reply for over an hour until i went down to the front desk to ask in person. to the reply of "we dont have any fans left". i was then promised i would get a fan in the morning before i got back from work. i return to the room after work to no fan. i then asked the front desk where my fan is, to the same reply of "we have no fans". which is understandable but to lie and fail to communicate this after the night before being promised a fan. If i knew the night before i would not get a fan i would of ordered my own one on Amazon for next day delivery (questionable why the hotel couldnt do this as the rooms were frequently at around 30 degrees inside). It was a frustrating, uncomfortable and poorly communicative stay.

Lovely unique place staff exceptionally helpful breakfast great , I would stay hear again anytime and recommend it without a doubt.

Great customer service from Tracey and her team. Dinner was excellent with attentive service at s reasonable price. Accommodation very comfortable and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!
