「Appartement agréable, très bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre-ville, avec des commerces juste à côté : tout peut être fait à pied. Et, malgré l'animation de la rue, on n'entend pas le bruit grâce à un double-vitrage efficace. Il manque juste un peu de vaisselle...」

「The location is really convenient, the hotel offers nice food and drinks..etc. I do enjoy it except the shower room is not easy to use, and there’s no washing tablets offered, the dryer doesn’t really work as the clothes was wet after drying hours. 」

「They wouldn't give us access to the property and refused to refund our money! You have to pay them seperately for a deposit through a link they send you with your credit card - dicey and then it wouldn't take my US card so they wouldn't let us in after we paid for the whole stay on Expedia and refused to refund our stay when I cancelled on the spot. Nothing good to say, plus the area is a dump and the apt is located above a very dirty, grungy deli - not good!」

「Booked and paid for 3 nights at last minute because of a family emergency at Addenbrokes hospital. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. 」

「ケンブリッジの市街地に近いので旅行で使用する際の立地としては良いと思います。 ただ、部屋の清潔さはあまり良くなく、チェックインした段階で髪の毛等が目立ちました。食器類もありますが、ゴミが付いていたりしてらあまり使う気になりませんでした。 また、ケンブリッジは安全な街ではありますが、夜に玄関が施錠されていなかったり、裏口が全開になっていることも多く、少し不安を感じました。」
