Plenty of on site free parking. The hotel is was cheap and basic. The nights I stayed were a Friday and Saturday. On arrival the solitary member of staff indicated they could not serve any food that evening as they had no chef. If I wanted to eat locally there was a kebab van a 10 minute walk down the road. I could order breakfast if I paid in advance. I eventually drove to the nearest village just over a mile away and brought fish and chips. I noticed a pub or 2 in the area but decided that this would be my one and only stay at this facility.

For the price paid it was decent enough and functional room for an overnight stay during work trip. Obviously the hotel could do with a bit of renovation and sprucing up. But they made up for it with the lovely staff. Definitely recommend for short stays, their Chai is first class!!

Receptionist was very helpful. Location is good and parking plentiful. Beyond that there is nothing positive to say. Room was adequate but terribly maintained. No access to restaurant. I really would suggest that you don’t stay here.

In spite of the friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately the property need significant investment to thrive. Very dated, bathrooms need replacing, doors need replacing, windows are small. It looks as though bedding is washed domestically rather than commercially, leaving tired staines on bedding. If you are young and need a cheap place to stay then this will be totally fine. However, if you have learned to appreciate the nicer things in life, then spend more and enjoy a different hotel. We got there, felt very welcomed, sat in the room for a few minutes and then booked a different hotel and left unfortunately.

A proper "motel" on the side of an A road. Served us perfectly. Car park close to the building, check in staff very welcoming and helped carry our cases to the bedroom. The room was basic, it didn't smell particularly fresh in the room and the furniture was tired. No air conditioning but we bought a fan from home and kept the window open which kept us comfortable overnight during the heat wave. It's not a luxury room you'd want to hang out in for a long holiday break, but fine for an overnight stop. The bar area looked nice but we didn't make use of it. Couldn't complain for the money, cheap stop over in an otherwise very expensive area!

No toilet roll in room had to go to reception and ask then in morning shower head couldn’t be attached to holder so had to hold the shower head

The guy on reception was not at all friendly, causing one of his colleagues to step in. She was friendly. Sadly the room was not great. The toilet seat was hanging off, and the sink tap was loose. The bathroom floor was filthy with mould on the silicon and a number of insect criters crawling on it. The advertised restaurant was closed so had to go out for foor, wont be staying there again.

Few things needed improvement 1) Room 18 > No Bath Mat once coming out of Shower 2) No holder self to put gel or soap on 3) No Plug for sink therefore cannot wash face or able to shave as the taps were one cold tap and one hot tap 4 No top sink light working to either shave or look clearly into 5) Mattress if the room worn out and keep ending up in the middle as it sink in the middle. 6)No herbal tea just coffee and tea. 7) At Breakfast although requested Vegan No Dairy free Milk, No Dairy free Butter , No Marmalade and the Breakfast charged fir £8.00 per head No Cereal and very meagre breakfast for example Veg = half grilled tomato , one small hash brown, small container of beans, few grilled mushrooms one slice of toast cut in two half , juice diluted with water Not pure Orange juice , judge for yourself if these should be charged £8.00 . Altogether very very disappointing and would never book there again .

Road closed due to Mager road constitution disturbed sleep had to check out early should not have been available to book whilst the road work was going on. Bun
Had trouble getting to accommodation due to road closure. Waisted lots of time and fuell following diversion. Nightmare.
