「Pros: Valerie is a kind host, and the property is in one of the most beautiful areas I have ever stayed. Cons: There is one shared bathroom on the first floor. There is no bathroom in the room, or the one next door which I saw when I found out that the dividing door was not locked. The pillows did not have liners in the pillow cases and were stained so we did not use them. The sheets had other people's hair on them, so we didn't use the cover sheets or blankets. 「Alan and Anne were the most hospitable owners. They were always available if I needed something. And the breakfasts were to die for. I was highly impressed. They also tended to minor special requests which was truly appreciated.」

「Such a unique space which was perfect for us cycling the Erie Canal trail. It was very close to the trail and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having the availability of a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very communicative and let us know what to expect, directions for checking in, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Little Falls is a quaint little town.」

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice private bathroom. The location is close to SPAC, the Horse race track, casino and downtown. All within 2 miles.」

「This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!」
