An absolute gem of a hotel. The details and atmosphere are so beautiful and welcoming. We stayed in a Junior Double Sweet. It was the most luxurious hotel stay I have ever had. Everything was 10 out of 10. The heated floors in the bathroom was the icing on the cake. If you get a chance to stay here I definitely would. I can't wait to go back next year.

The staff was fabulous. They were always personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The room was clean. Suggestion for bathroom: place a hook by the shower for a towel. Now you have to exit the shower and walk across the bathroom for a towel.

Beautiful, old hotel with modern, comfortable rooms. Arguably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Area was great. Everything was walkable and the staff could not have been friendlier.

Had an excellent stay here. Location is perfect and the rooms are immaculate. What took it over the top was the stellar service. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping/room service staff were attentive and helpful! Can't recommend it enough. Hotel upgraded us to a suite which was immaculate. Complimentary valet is also great.

We love this property; it rivals the Ritz. It's beautifully designed, warm, convenient, and comfortable. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco which was welcomed after driving from Maryland that morning. The service here is fantastic. The only issues we had were with Morrisey's restaurant; I have Celiac Disease and had limited options. It would be so helpful if the menu included GF designations. Also, the menu wasn't updated. There was one version on the website that was outdated. The only other minor issue is that we used valet parking and the wrong car was brought to us. No big deal though; it was quickly rectified. Aside from these issues, we'll be back (we'll just eat someplace else).
