"The staff were great - very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was perfect transport walk into the city centre. The pool was a bonus - one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel, it was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good - choice of continental and cooked with wide choice, kept topped up."

"We had a great stay at The Evenhill. All the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, warm and spacious. The shower was great and the towels were nice and large. We didn’t get full WiFi signal in the room, but it wasn’t a problem. We had dinner in the pub and everyone’s meal was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was excellent as well; with plenty to fill us up!"

"Tired hotel ,lack of lifts and accesible entrance. Bedroom hot bathroom freezing couldnt get radiator to work. Lack of easily accesible sockets in room Staff excellen , breakfast excellent Plenty to see and do in area"

"Great stay at the Yarrow. The reception staff were fabulous. The spa was a lovely relaxing treat after a long walk. Shame the steam room was out of order and we weren’t told. Breakfast also really good and we weren’t hurried out when it finished. Would thoroughly recommend."
