"Lovely breakfast with a great choice. I had a lovely room it was clean and you were able to have fresh milk everyday to make tea or coffee in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely spot also overlooking the sea with lovely coastal walks. Will definitely be returning "

"Property was spacious, clean with fantastic sea views. The property is in a peaceful location whilst having the advantage of being walking distance to Margate. We stayed for one night for a concert in Margate so we didn’t really use the kitchen but it was fully equipped and would be great for longer stays and holidays. We hope we can return again one day soon. "

"Easy to find. Great location, but a lot of traffic noise. Property needs cosmetic refurbishment in places, showing signs of heavy use. Bus stop outside can be noisy, but little noise from other flats."
