「Clean room」

「We went to pick up our room key and my husband was told he could not check us in because our room was in my name ! Then she was quite unfriendly while spouting off all the rules and made me feel like I was out to steal towels and ruin the room . The room we got into was not at all comfortable to sit in as the two hardwood chairs that we had were under a tv in a small space with a bed the size of the room , very soft and awkward , one plug in spot and small table with a Walmart fridge , hot plate...

「If you're a light sleeper, you will have trouble with the trains passing thru the night since the tracks are right behind the place; also, there's quite a lot of noise from the pub across the street. Room itself could use a few touches, like a place to put clothes, wet towels and toiletries in the bathroom (no hooks or bars) and insufficient light in the room--no bedside lamps and only a small overhead light to one side, which made reading hard. 「Booked a last minute trip with my girls before they started school for the year. Missy was so nice, communicated all the details leading up to the reservation, and was even kind enough to let me park my truck in one of the open spaces so we could enjoy one last day at the beach after checkout. The pool was nice to have for an early evening swim, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend for anyone visiting Old Orchard Beach.」

「No housekeeping to be seen for 3 days. Only staff was in office no kitchen had a small refridgerator with micro ontop keurig ontop of that. Did not go to hot tub. Bed was terrible neck and backach 3 days」

「Bed was the only good thing about this place. The room was 10x12 including the closet sized bathroom that you could not fit two people in at once. The air conditioner was loud anytime it ran. The floor was so uneven you literally were walking up hill from one side of the room to the other. We were on the third floor, there are no elevators which is fine since we are younger but it is not advertised that way and I read one review after our tip about a 70 year old couple being put on the third...

「Decided on a quick girl’s weekend and booked the day before arrival. Great location—away from the busyness and noise of the pier, and only a 2 block walk for direct beach access. Obviously it’s an older property that’s been updated. The air conditioner worked great, and the extra noise made for quiet sleeping.
