"My husband and I recently visited Malta for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and our 5-night stay at the Maritim Antonine Hotel & Spa was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming, even taking the time to personally show us how to get to the different areas and our room. I was blown away by the effort the team put into making my birthday special. They surprised us by decorating our room with balloons, decorations and providing a delicious cake! It was such a thoughtful touch that made the trip feel extra special. We opted for a room with a private hot tub, and it was worth every penny. After exploring Malta on chilly February evenings, coming back to a hot soak under the stars was a dream. Every morning, I sat on the balcony to watch the sunrise over the beautiful ocean views, what a peaceful way to start the day. Facilities & Location The hotel’s amenities are great: We loved ending our busy days in the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. Convenience: The location is ideal. It’s right near a main bus stop and very easy for Bolt taxis to find. While we chose to eat out, there are so many excellent restaurants just a short walk away. The only minor suggestion I have would be to add a water fountain in the gym facility. However, this didn't take away from our experience, as it’s clear the staff truly pay attention to their guests' needs."

"Everything with the apartment is great and Alexandra was very helpful to make the check in process easy. It’s very modern, spacious and clean. It has a huge balcony, two big bedrooms and a large open plan living and dining area with two lovely showers. It’s situated very well, right on the edge of town but a short walk to shops restaurants and bars. My kids loved the little pool for a dip. We had weather of mid twenties in the last week of October - lovely. It’s a good walk to the beach (about 45 mins) but a short Bolt taxi ride back up the hill is very easy. I would recommend this property. "

"Great 5 days stay at Villa Lys apartments. Good location with great spar shop 10 mins walk up road and great bar Billy’s next door. Lovely restaurants further on. Pool area lovely with plenty sun loungers. Great balcony with view of pool and surrounding areas. Kitchen good size. Not many utensils but we ate out for tea most nights so not an issue. No bottle opener or hair dryer in apartment but when I asked the owner they delivered both to me. Good location for rest of island with bus stop across from spar but we regularly used Bolt taxi service as there was 4 of us. The owner kindly booked us a taxi from airport and it was there waiting and a reasonable price so we booked the return also. Owner very knowledgable about the local area and the island and even offered to run us into Mellieha bay one night. Local food great. Would highly recommend Nora’s in Mellieha Bay. Would stay again if we come back to Malta. Thank you for a lovely stay "
