amazing location all what you want is very close : restaurants, cafes, 24h. supermarket, pharmacy, mall , beach, pools, night life .. all in one location and the hotel is great as usual.

Best place to stay, the gym is amazing with the spa including. Super clean and comfortable perfect views in the middle of the city everything is close by. Please stay here!!!

Sehr modern, schöner Spa-Bereich, tolles Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl. Einzig hatten wir zu Beginn ein Problem mit TV und Telefon, wurden dafür aber sehr grosszügig entschädigt. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr zentralen und schönem Stelle mit Seeblick.

The hotel is still finalising a few areas of the hotel. This certainly did not cause an issue with our stay. This hotel is beautiful and the staff were all amazing. They could not do enough for you.

Hotel staff very helpful, not everything is open yet, rooftop bar / pool/ restaurant was not finished. Breakfast was very busy, didn’t appear to have enough staff / space for all the guests at busy times, but the staff that were there were doing their upmost to accommodate.

Great property, staff just seem like they are new at their jobs. I know it’s a new hotel but it would have been useful to have taken on well experienced staff. They are pleasant, I just don’t consider them to be too efficient especially in the restaurant.

Room was fantastic with large balcony and lovely comfortable patio set. The room spotless and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was amazing with 2 towels per person. We had a lovely bay/sea view. Fabulous room facilities too

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff couldn’t have been any friendlier or helpful. The concierge handled our transfers, which was easy and efficient. We loved our jacuzzi room overlooking the ocean! The room was perfect, so spacious and clean! I loved the turn down service provided. The front desk always handled any questions or concerns with a smile. We would definitely return.

The staff are what makes this hotel, they are so welcoming and enthusiastic. Unfortunately, we missed the opening of the rooftop bar and infinity pool, which was scheduled to open on Saturday 10 October. Just prior to leaving on Friday 9 October, a member of staff approached me and my wife and took us up for a guided tour of the new facilities, which looked superb. Just to see the panoramic views of the sea is a must for everyone staying at the hotel. Personally, I booked a Club Deluxe Room which was well worth the extra, as it gave us access to the Royalty Lounge. Every evening from 6 to 8pm, they served up canapés with small deserts accompanied with a choice of Beers, Wines and Spirits. The hotel is only open just over a month, so just be aware that the surrounding infrastructure, in particular roads and pavements aren’t yet fully complete. Just to recap, the staff at this hotel are fantastic, thank you for making our stay so special.

We had the most amazing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful- especially Uttam & Muthena who always greeted us with a smile, opening the doors and on occasions running after our Bolt taxi that drove past the hotel. A massive thank you to Margaret & her girls for their incredible service at breakfast (which was very hard to leave as there was so much to choose) and to the amazing man at the coffee counter who was inundated with orders but never lost his cool or his smile & lastly to Christina who showed me the way to the spa when I got lost. I almost forgot- I tripped and sprained my ankle by the pool bar- (no ones fault) but thanks to the swift action of the pool team the ice & support were much appreciated. This is a huge hotel with so much to see and experience. Not all areas are completely finished yet. We were told the top floor bars and pools will open this weekish & there were some teething problems with the lifts. I can honestly say that although we could see there were teething problems & some of the front of house staff not sure what to do on occasions, I sincerely hope to be able to come back again very soon.

Overall, our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Malta was excellent, and almost everything was perfect. However, the experience was seriously let down by the night-shift staff, whose attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. On our first night, when we arrived at our booked room, we were told that we were being upgraded. In reality, we were given a room with a very poor view at the back of the building, overlooking construction work, with practically nothing pleasant to look at. The following day, we spoke with the daytime manager, who was professional and helpful and moved us to a fantastic room overlooking the pools and the city. This made a huge difference and showed us what the hotel was actually capable of offering. Unfortunately, our experience with the night shift was consistently poor. On another night, I tried to order late-night snacks and beverages, only to be told that wine was not available and that several kitchen items were unavailable as well. When I asked for a simple modification to a sandwich, I was told that they would not make any changes and that their only job was to heat up the products. The attitude was unhelpful, dismissive, and completely inconsistent with the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The most disappointing part was that this was not an isolated incident involving one employee. We encountered three members of the night-shift team, including two reception staff members and the night manager,
