「Wonderful staff! Had a problem getting into the bed because it was too high and I was too short. They were wonderful with accommodating my needs! They moved me to a new room and location!」

「Staff were helpful, breakfast offered multiple choices. Would have liked a workout room/gym, but the boardwalk trail was a nice alternative.」

「Rooms are a dated but the property is clean . Rooms are comfortable with all essentials needed for the stay. Great customer service from the staff . Excellent value for the price!!」

「Its not oceanside. All the photos are touched up. Much older than what photos show. Hot tub and pool are nice, we used them every day. Hot breakfast buffet was okay. Room itself was updated. Staff was nice. Best Western website say $30/ per pet/ stay. Its a franchise and they charge $30/night....overall its okay for business travelers but not nice enough for a vacation」

「Thank you so much for the great view from our room and it’s in a wonderful and fun area. The bar at this hotel and a bar at next door restaurant are great fun! Definitely will visit again here!」

「The morning Front desk man was very nice. The late night Front desk man was very helpful. The girl at the desk mid-day to evening was rude, unapproachable, and reprimanded my friend for "taking a chocolate chip cookie" that is handed out at check in. Said "please dont do that again".. all attitude. I was appalled. A freaking cookie!! Also, the bed spread had a stain on it at time of check in. The pool was dirt with algae on the bottom.」
