「Thank you so much for the great view from our room and it’s in a wonderful and fun area. The bar at this hotel and a bar at next door restaurant are great fun! Definitely will visit again here!」

「This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store.」

「There were numerous communication issues between me and the staff and managers at one point our room got up to 77° and stayed like that for hours because there was no one on staffed correct the issue although we got the historic room fee waved. I don’t believe that the staff truly cared about our experience in the hotel as a whole considering that it was where we were staying to get married. I wrote an email to management at 8:30 AM and it has now been 12 hours and I have yet to get a phone call...

「Our room is shockingly awful. The appliances are dirty, primarily outside but I wouldn't use the microwave with a 10 foot pole. I always thought Hampton Inn and Suites was an upscale hotel. This looks like a Motel 6 or Super 8. I guess since it is pet friendly, it's assumed pet owners are dirty.」
