「Was clean quite for the most part except the couple arguing next door best part was walking to wafflehouse befoe leaving for the tournament」

「大人3人、クィーンベット2台、朝食付き、と云うので、予約するが、ベットはダブル2台、タオル他、備品も、2人分しか無く、ルームキーカードも2枚で、凄く開きにくい、 従業員の対応が凄くわかりにくい 朝食付きにもかかわらず、時間も、案内も無かった。結果、食事出来なかった。 翌日、まだ、部屋に居るのにベットメイクに入ってこようとするしチェックアウト時は、フロントに誰もいない。 当方がホテル中を探して、従業員を、探してチェックアウトを、伝えると、ルームキーカードを、置いて行けとの事、もう、二度と使わない」

「The room was clean, but unfortunately, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Approximately one hour before the scheduled 11:00 a.m. checkout, I called the front office to request a late checkout. I was specifically told that extending my checkout until 12:00 p.m. would not be a problem. 「No coffee in room, no plug in bathtub,shampoo was empty, breakfast was muffin,sugarbum and juice, room was clean and large but almost no view. 」

「I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....
