「My interaction with the owner of this hotel was not good. I received a message the morning of my stay that my card wasn't working so I uploaded it all again. I received a call an hour before check-in that it still wasn't working even though that card had been working just fine. I called to ask about early check-in but was told no staff would be on-site until later which they sent me a message about. I never received any such message. When I arrived, he went on a bit of a tirade about how awful...
