「Even though this is an older hotel, our room was cleaned and everything looked maintained. Would stay again and would recommend to others」

「Terrible policy. I am extremely disappointed with how this motel handled our situation. We tried to explain that my wife was very sick, but because they refused to refund our reservation, we felt we had no choice but to make the trip anyway. Unfortunately, my wife’s condition got worse, and we ended up in the hospital instead of being able to stay at the motel. Despite this medical emergency, they showed absolutely no empathy and refused to offer any type of refund or even a partial credit....

「Wir sind durch Peggy sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr ruhig und praktisch zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Wir haben gute Tipps von Peggy erhalten, um abends schön essen zu gehen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.」

「Front desk check in was rude! Never got any clean towels we was told to put them outside in the chair and housekeeping would bring clean ones they never did! There was roaches in the bathroom.」
