「Excellent stay! This hotel is in a very central location, with everything you need just minutes away. I stayed with my dogs, and it was honestly one of the best pet-friendly experiences I’ve had. The facilities were spotless, which is impressive considering pets are allowed. The breakfast had a great variety and was well maintained. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, there was truly nothing negative...

「The breakfast was fresh. I just didn’t like the taste of the dood that good. It was ok. I also think it should be free with your stay. When you have something like that you have to tip the person too. That is just costing you more money」

「We were in the area just for the weekend. The Indigo was so nice! The roof-top restaurant was great, I loved having a Starbucks in the lobby and we had a great view of the Gatlinburg Christmas Parade from our room! The hotel is centrally located to lots of shopping and other restaurants. Definitely will stay there again!」

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it’s very cozy, they provide everything you need, the cabin is modern and updated and also off the beaten path but only 10minutes from pigeon forge downtown. You can door dash to the cabin and enjoy a movie or head out very easily and be downtown within minutes. 」
