Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They speak English so don't worry. What I found amazing was that in order to operate the elevator you need your room key card. So that shows some added security for their guests. There was a small workout room and a laundry room for you to use which is extremely convenient. They also serve breakfast for a fee. The room was very cozy. It included a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, toaster, water kettle, stove top, mini fridge, plates,...

This is one of a large chain of hotels in Tokyo and the customer service was outstanding. We had questions before traveling and emails were answered very quickly. It was so affordable and met all our needs - full sized bath, comfortable beds, kitchen area, etc. We stayed for three weeks and were very comfortable. Highly recommend. It's a little out of the way but quiet and easy access to everything.

This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Steps away from the heart of Akihabara, immediately greeted by the friendliest staff and nerdy, but cute and endearing decor. The hotel has some space for holding luggage, but ask ahead so they can prepare! If you want to pretend like you actually live in Japan, this is the perfect place for you! Apartment style accommodations, and enough room for suitcases in your room. Plenty of space if you don’t have a third on the couch! Bathroom and shower / laundry is in the unit, separated by rooms....

Wonderful hotel with a great location and excellent staff who were always ready to help. It was very convenient to have a washier/dryer and a kitchen in our room. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you so much!
