"Good location, right in Shinjuku - easy to get to anywhere you want to, right next to the subway and within walking distance to many parts of Shinjuku.
I stay here for business normally, very reasonably priced - so you get what you pay for in a way - the rooms are not big, but big enough to be comfortable for one or two people. Three would be a crunch.
My first assigned room smelled really bad, probably the previous guests spilled food or drink on the floor and the smell was awful. I tried to stand it, but eventually went down to the front desk and asked them if they could change the rooms.....They looked and confirmed - and a new room was born.
Much better, no smell and had a good stay.
So if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Shinjuku, this is a good choice."
