"All was great , hotel is in a nice location that we liked a lot , I put 4 star for Staff , just because the lady at the reception was a little too serious and argumentative, although she was helpful and at the end didn’t charge us for water , but we were afraid of asking her for anything!! The younger lady was super nice and friendly, in general we are happy and pleased."
"Will be writing a separate more in depth review because this was the ABSOLUTE BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed at. Excellent service and a phenomenal stay!!!"

Hotel Pupetto
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is very nice and the views are great. It’s clean and room and balcony are very large, my only issue was that I booked this because it was on the beach, being Positano I was looking for something that didn’t have a lot of stairs to climb. BUT… it’s not in the actual town, you have to walk about 13 minutes to get to hotel and it’s a steep walkway. By the time you walk into town you’re already tired. I wish I would have known that before booking. Other than that the place was good."
"I had a fabulous stay at this property and i definitely want to give the staff their flowers. They were so helpful and polite, always there when we needed assistance. We had so many questions about transportation, getting around, and taking the ferry, which they were all able to answer making much of our stay in positano smooth . The room was clean and well kept. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar area, it has a beautiful view of the city with a beautiful garden attached . I would also say they are in the perfect location to get to the beaches and ferries. Most hotels in the area are off the beaten path/no road access this one was right near where car services can drop you off and they offer luggage service. Highly highly recommend for a trip to positano. "
"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, cared for, and surrounded by beauty. Positano is breathtaking, but this property and its staff made it even more unforgettable.
The hotel is stunning. Every detail feels thoughtful and authentic. The views are picture perfect and the atmosphere is serene and elegant. We booked the suite and I completely recommend it. It was spacious, luxurious, and offered sweeping views that felt like waking up inside a dream. The balcony alone was worth every penny.
What made the stay truly special was the incredible front desk staff. They were the kindest and most attentive people I have ever met in my travels. From offering local recommendations, to assisting with transportation, to greeting us with genuine warmth every time we walked through the door, they made us feel not like guests but like family.
Every touch mattered, from smooth check in to thoughtful housekeeping. The staff’s pride in their work and love for their city shined through.
We left not only relaxed and grateful but also deeply moved by the kindness we received. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. I will recommend it to anyone traveling to the Amalfi Coast and I am already dreaming of the day we can return."
"Very nice hotel. It is far up on the hillside with a view overlooking the harbor. This can make it a challenge if you are arriving in the ferry, since the walk up to the hotel from the ferry terminal can be long and arduous, with many flights of stairs. We arrived fro Naples airport via a transfer service and thus were spared this issue. When we left for Capri on the ferry, the hotel arranged a porter service to deliver our luggage to the ferry terminal, while we took the bus.
One of the advantages of this hotel is that there is a bus stop steps from the front door. Busses are the best way to navigate Positano unless you’re prepared to climb hundreds of steps between the hotel and the sea. The busses depart the hotel at quarter past and quarter till the hour, and circulate in a large loop through the town’s only one way street go vehicular traffic. They are clean and easy to navigate.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the decor is interesting. The owner’s wife is an artist, and it shows both in the decor of the hotel itself and in the artworks gracing its walls. A wonderful place to stay!"
"Cutest hotel and honestly a great location away from the hustle and bustle while still being convenient to walk to great restaurants, the beach, shops, etc just in a quieter area. The staff here were incredible!!! We love Giada and the other lady who welcomed us at reception (we didn’t get her name). Our server at breakfast every morning was so great too! My friend has a very severe nut allergy and he made her feel so safe about eating the complimentary breakfast there as he went and spoke with the chef to double check everything she ordered even if he already thought he knew the right answer. Our room ended up being more like a little villa with a separate entrance and seating area both inside and outside and it was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, cleaning service was amazing. Highly recommend and we will be back!"
"This hotel had a lot of Italy details and the views overlooking the city were breathtaking. It’s walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and beach. No need for a taxi. The staff were attentive and made you feel welcomed. I would definitely book again. "
