"Excellent service the moment you walk in, courteous and attentive to every need that you might have. Clean room, and quiet at night. Breakfast is just amazing and the staff is so helpful... while sitting at my table, I didn't have to get up for little things. My room was facing the amazing Positano beach, and it did not disappoint at all. Keep in mind that you would hear the noise of the beach, but once you close the doors is just fine."

"Place was very nice. Staff communication with first time visitors to Positano could be improved by reassuring guests on 3rd party porter service. Beautiful views. Have cocktail on patio outside restaurant. Important tip: Take bus up and down from beach area. Trust and use Blue or Green Porters if you have large suitcases that will be tough to place on the bus."

"This hotel location exceeded my expectations. It’s right beside the ferry so very easy to travel to many locations in the Amalfi Coast. The rooftop pool area is 10/10! The breakfast area was amazing with the most breathtaking view. The food and service were exceptional. The only downfall are the hotel room washrooms which are quite small and could be upgraded for a 5 star hotel. Otherwise, perfect experience. "

"Breakfast was awesome and our beach view was amazing!!! One thing I’d really like to highlight for management is my deep respect and gratitude for the staff—especially Assunta. She truly went above and beyond. On the day we checked out, while we were already on the ferry to Naples, I realized I had left my camera tripod at reception. I called to confirm it was there and initially planned to return the next day to collect it, even though it meant losing valuable time that we had set aside to visit Capri. To our surprise, Assunta offered an extraordinary solution. She kindly arranged to meet us in Sorrento before her afternoon shift so I could retrieve the tripod without disrupting our plans. We met her at the Sorrento train station, and thanks to her generosity and initiative, we were able to get it back with no inconvenience. We are incredibly grateful for what she did and will never forget her thoughtful and selfless gesture."
