Stunning views from every single window in the hotel. The breakfast is top tier as well. Definitely one of the best hotels in the Amalfi Coast."

"Good location and friendly staffs. Wasn’t bad to carry bags ourselves arrived by a ferry and close to a bus stop. The breakfast was okay, seems prepared ahead and delivered earlier than scheduled while we’re still getting ready. Lots of stairs even within the hotel to get to the room. "

"After four weeks of traveling throughout Italy, we arrived with a good sense of what works well and what can fall short—and Villa Santa Chiara offered a bit of both. The property itself is beautifully designed, and it’s clear a great deal of thought and investment went into the renovation. The staff was consistently kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed assistance, which made a meaningful difference in our overall experience. That said, there are a few important considerations for future guests. During our stay, there was ongoing construction, which created intermittent noise. Additionally, because the villas have been newly divided, sound travels more than expected—footsteps in hallways and activity in neighboring units were quite noticeable, and privacy between units could be improved. Logistically, the location required more planning than anticipated. While local buses were suggested, on two occasions they were full, resulting in 30–45 minute waits. This added stress when trying to keep reservations and schedules. With limited on-site food options and transportation costs to nearby towns, guests should plan accordingly. To the credit of the team, they were exceptional in helping us navigate these challenges whenever we reached out, and their attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Overall, this is a beautiful property with strong potential. With a few refinements, particularly around guest experience and logistics, it could easily rise to the highest"

"The location, beautiful room, great adjacent dining, and directly on the beach. For the rate…UNBELIEVABLE!! Only negative was no parking anywhere near the hotel; have to plan how to get bags to the room or hump them up and down the mountain. I would DEFINITELY stay there again!"

"Delicious breakfast with fresh croissants, meat cheese, fruit yogurt and fresh squeezed OJ was the highlight for me. Cappuccino was excellent as well. Room very clean and amenities are good, provided: 2 bottles of water, room slipper and tissue. Location is excellent, near beach and shops. Excellent staff, we were group of 16 and they accommodate us very well. Eating area is cozy with limited space so we had to eat breakfast at different time, early birds crowd at 8 and others at 9am Hotel is not located directly off the street so when arrived at Positano, we were drop off at the main street gas station. So it was an easy 10 minutes walk down hill to the hotel. There is a closer drop of point that is about 6-7 minutes walk (easy path through lots of shop).Definitely would come back and stay again!"
