"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We were up in the area of my brother’s engagement party. It is in like a shared multi family house but we never once heard the other tenants. It was exactly as pictured online. The futon was pretty comfortable too! The real bed was also great. The host, Scott, was also extremely responsive. My only negative thing to say is that it did not have a cookie sheet, but we bought a foil one to use which was totally fine. They even had a whole drawer of spices...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s a basement, but doesn’t really feel like it and it gets sunlight through the windows. It was really clean, plenty of dishes and silverware for the three of us. The bathroom was the best part. Very spacious with a fantastic shower. If we need a place to stay on our frequent visits to Long Island, we will stay at this great apartment."

"This home was so perfect for us. We came during the off-season for a surgical procedure and it was so wonderfully quiet. I want to say it was cozy, but people use that as a code word to mean small, and it wasn't small at all! It was definitely spacious. It was just homey and comfortable - the lighting was an especially nice bonus for us since one of us is photophobic. It was ambient and dimmable, absolutely perfect. The washer and dryer are right off the kitchen, so it was easy to do laundry....

"This was a perfect fit for what I needed: a place to stay and work that allowed easy access to Long Island and LaGuardia. The host provided a fully equipped kitchen to allow me to cook rather than eating out the whole time and was easily accessible for any questions. The off-street parking in a quiet neighborhood was welcome, while the locale was a short drive to anywhere that I needed. A great place for a peaceful and productive stay!!"

"This property is centrally located on Long Island, which is what we were looking for. Easy to get to all highways. Minutes from the train station. Perfect for business trips. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and on the corner is a place with good pizza for take out, but the staff there is blah. Anyway, the beds at this property are comfy. "We found the house to be really cute and fun to stay in. The location was excellent and we even saw a deer on our last morning! Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. The ad should be changed to reflect the accurate information...

"The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"
