"We had an incredible stay. Robby and Joe were so welcoming and set us up to have a fantastic time. The house is clean, modern, and perfectly equipped with everything you need. You can’t beat the location- just a few blocks from the ferry and downtown cherry grove. We enjoyed perfect sunsets on the bay and easy beach days. We wished we could’ve stayed for longer! We can’t wait to come back next year!!"

"Our family enjoyed our stay and loved how close we were to the ocean! The shed was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for our time spent on the beach. The outdoor shower was a highlight of everyone’s stay. The backyard deck had plenty of seating and we enjoyed most of our meals out there. The listing photos are accurate in that there aren’t any true couches inside to sit on. The living room has a few benches with cushions on them, so not the most comfortable setup for relaxing inside. In our experience during the summer months, the bunkbed room was unfortunately too hot to sleep in. This room also houses the water heater and dryer so it was more of a utility room turned bedroom that had poor ventilation and a free standing AC unit that was not blowing cool air at the time of our stay. But if you can fit your group in the other three rooms you may not end up needing this room as a bedroom. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable stay with family."

"This house is a 4B/2 bath. 1 king, 2 queens, and 1 tiny room. 2 bathrooms and each has an outdoor shower, which was great. There is a pool and hot tub. We did not love our stay. The house was not ready at 4pm check-in - we arrived to cleaners wrapping up. Other issues: [1] washer/dryer was broken so we had to use the same towels, sheets, clothes all week. We were informed of this less than 1 hour before check in. The host was not proactive—we had to demand he send someone to pick up laundry, but they were late and non-communicative [2] animals got into the house and ate our food multiple times because not all sliding doors close and the mesh screens have huge holes in them [3] the living room has no AC and traps heat making it an unbearable furnace (and forcing us to open the doors) [4] the pool has no skimmer so it was dirty all week [5] a bed room’s curtain was held up by tape and fell down easily [6] the dishwasher doesn’t clean well and the ice machine doesn’t make enough ice [7] all propane tanks were empty so we could not use the grill, and new propane was not delivered as the host promised.Overall, this VRBO is overpriced and the host should invest greater care into the place."

"This place has it all! Beautiful home, AMAZING location, and a wonderful host. When you rent this home you will be steps away from the ocean, sitting on the deck you will feel the ocean breezes, and hear the waves breaking. The home is spacious and relaxing, and you get amazing cross ventilation, feeling the gentle breezes throughout the home. The beds and all the furniture are extremely comfortable. Your host, Nick, is THE BEST! He most definitely wants you to enjoy this beach house experience. He was always responsive whenever I messaged him. A for Nick Geimer!! I would highly recommend this home!"
