"The bathroom looked like was not clean ever. Found small roach in the sheets. Used towel hanging up. Room itself was not clean at all. Hai everywhere. Stay somewhere else . Not sure how it has been rated for being clean."

"The floor in room 102 needs to be addressed. We tripped on the floor board that is raised up. The door and locks were flimsy. Our window curtain was half broken. Staff were almost never at the front desk if we had needed anything. "

"We were allowed to check in early and the chocolate chip cookies were a nice lift after cycling 20 miles in the rain. We were allowed to hose down our bikes and given hotel towels to wipe away some of the trail sand."

"Everything great, except check in process. That process was extremely slow. What caused the delay were the folks coming in and trying to reserve rooms that didn't have reservations. That tied up the staff members to a halt. Have one line for reservation check in, ams one for fold that are looking to make one"
