"We were super surprised at how nice this was. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn down the street. Frankly ,we are tired of paying parking fees. La Quinta had free parking. We brought our E bikes and felt safe leaving in them in the SUV as the parking lot was well lit."

"2nd stay at Peabody. Fantastic experience. Our room this stay was quieter with regard to street noise from Union avenue late at night. All staff very friendly and courteous. Very clean and classic. Lobby and Corner Bars were fun. Grill was delicious. Will stay again next visit "

"Did not use the gym across the street. Air conditioning was great. Parking is across the street but plenty of it. The staff is super friendly. But somebody had to do something about the maintenance. Lot of things falling apart"

"The entire stay from beginning to end was GREAT. The staff was exceptionally friendly, informative, and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness and fragrant smell from the lobby to the room the most. "Decent downtown location made it easy to walk to Beale street, FedEx Forum, and the baseball diamond. Room was pretty good had some hard water and rust stains in shower and the carpet was older but i guess they are replacing it soon. Solid time. 3.5 out of 5 stars"

"The staff was super friendly throughout the entire place. We have an interior facing room which was so awesome. Hearing them close the store every night was cool. The bowling alley was better busy so definitely make reservations ahead of time. All hotel guests get a free express pass to the overlook which was a nice perk. The store is massive! One minute you're looking at clothing, then alligators, then boats, then fish. The place is filled with really great details to make you feel like you're...
