"The tub in 607!doesn’t hold water and the tissue holder was barely attached to the wall. A plus would have been a pool but no pool all in all I rate my stay a 7.5 out of 10. Not so bad "

"As far as we could tell, was the only place downtown that had free parking and only 25 for pet fee. The place was very clean and could tell how hard the cleaning crew worked at keeping it that way. Same breakfast as everywhere. We would definitely stay again if we ever went back to Memphis. "

"I’ve stayed at the Canopy Hotel several times, and every visit has been a top-tier experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The restaurant is also very good and definitely worth trying while you’re there. Exceptional experience every time."

"We have stayed here a few times when we come to watch the Grizzlies, but we will think twice when we come back to Memphis in December. Our room was not ready after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, so we ran behind meeting up with friends. The man who had to not only deal with, but MANY other was giving it his best, so thank you. I asked to speak with a manager, but he/she never showed. Courtside Grill-avoid if you want breakfast. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone just to greet us. After we were seated, it took more time, and the food was not good. I can't imagine how bad service really gets because they were not even busy. Westin, do better if you want to keep loyal customers."
