「I will never stay here again. Some areas were clean, but the places that were not clean, were really not clean. I'll add photos. There are at least two units in the house. Maybe there is something in the description that makes that obvious, but it went right over my head. 「The place was large, beautiful and quiet. I felt safe from the moment we arrived, even though it was about 10pm. The layout is wonderful. The bedrooms are large and the bathroom is spacious and well equipped. There is free street parking. The hosts were accommodating and really friendly. Also, the location was wonderful. We were mere minutes away from every activity we wanted to do.」

「The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including ground coffee for the coffee maker. Being able to regulate the temperature was great because it got pretty cold the second night. It is close to so many restaurants, many also have live music. Parking was included and we greatly appreciated the safety of having this property...

「The actual property was nice but while staying here my vehicle was broken into. I contacted the host to try and get the camera footage to give to the police and I was informed that the cameras on the property does not work and have not been for a while. Like I mentioned before the actual property was nice, it was clean and spacious but the area is unsafe.」

「Just needed a crash pad for one night in Memphis. Wanted to be close to Overton Square and Cooper/Young area. Tiny/trendy fit the bill. Not roomy, but comfortable bed and clean shower. Neighborhood was a little sketch, but reserved parking spot in fenced in backyard helped alleviate my worries. Highly recommend 」
