「We loved the exposed brick and cleanliness of the apartment, which was in a very cool renovated building in a convenient location. The coffee station down the hall was a big plus. Morgan was attentive and responsive, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if back in Memphis. 」

「Loved everything about the place. My only suggestion is to replace the ceiling fan its very noisy and sounds like it's about to fall apart also the doorkobs are very loose. 」

「This unit was very clean. The management was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The parking area where you pulled into the property was small and you had to back out to get to the street. There were a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. I didn’t feel threatened or anything like that. The parking lot is gated. 」
