「We loved the exposed brick and cleanliness of the apartment, which was in a very cool renovated building in a convenient location. The coffee station down the hall was a big plus. Morgan was attentive and responsive, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if back in Memphis. 」

「The studio was well-appointed and clean. The bed was super comfortable and there was very little street noise while we were sleeping.While we didn't do much walking in the area, we were close to all of the downtown attractions. The free parking in front of the unit was great - it was nice having our car close by. The host was great at communicating. BTW - we highly recommend the Sunrise Memphis for breakfast. Its just a block away!」

「Not at all a ding on the property, but the ramp got very slippery in the rain and both Ashley and I sort of slipped a bit as we left this morning. I suggest putting down traction strips or similar. 」

「A nice little unit with all the necessary basic supplies. Very safe because of the security gates. A real bonus to have a washer and dryer right in the apartmen. A good value overall!」

「Outstanding stay. Apartment was spotless! According to my son (6’3 / 220 lbs), the sofa bed was one of the best he has slept on. Neighborhood was good, walked to several local spots, and never felt unsafe. Thank you for the wonderful stay!」

「Safety/Security? Yes! Gated and plenty of cameras, all different codes, easy to use, parked in the alley and still felt safe Clean/Comfortable? Yes! Bed and pillows were amazing, bathroom and kitchen were clean, floors were clean, very impressive, just the right size and use of space, 2 of us and never felt cramped I was given all the info I needed to access the property prior to check-in, the owner emailed to check on us and made themselves available daily if needed (we didn't), the property...
