"Nice hotel convenient to bass pro pyramid and mainnstreet. The a/c didn't work in our room. A tech was quickly to our room to try to fix it, and appeared to at first, but our room never got below 75 again. The showers were ok-higher water pressure could've been preferred. The staff were excellent however-we left a very precious stuffed animal accidentally and they were very thorough and responsive and committed to finding it for us!"
