"I booked for 2 queen double bed rooms but was checked into 2 twin double rooms. There was hair in the tub of one room. The TV in one room didn’t come on the TV in the other had no remote. The elevator did not work. And the building was crawling with roaches. All vending machines had a sign use at own risk no refunds. I did not say anything as the hotel had signs posted every “ no refund after check in “ which is when you find problems. Note I booked on hotels.com and had to pay upfront with no refund after the evening before. I will never stay there again and would not recommend. It nothing like the pictures. Even the refrigerator in the room had something spilt in it. I really feel I should have been able to get my money back. Stay there at your own risk!"

"Parking was good, and checkin was good and quick. I asked the young man with the white hair at the front desk if there were safes available, and he said they didn't have any at that location. So, I had to take my valuables with me whenever I left. The next morning I saw a sign in the breakfast area indicating there were safes available; just ask. 😡 Also, there was not a closet in our room. These two incidents were VERY disappointing. "

"It felt like a mini hotel straight from Las Vegas. The rooms were very nice and very high end. The hotel was very well kept and food was top notch! A gem in Memphis for sure. Even if you aren’t a die hard Elvis fan, it’s just a nice hotel!"

"The hotel is dated no doubt. The website pictures are AI, and doesn’t show the real wear and tear of an older hotel. The furniture and carpet needs updating and the walls and ceiling shows water and rust damage. This is not what I consider a $300/night hotel with a $35/night valet parking lot. I expected it to look more modern."

"Valet is my only complaint, there’s no parking so it’s 100% valet. And things get pretty backed up. Friendly staff and good food."

"The hotel is a bit gimmicky, the restaurant selection was pretty good and the food was very good. That’s the reason I’m giving it three stars. The room, at least the one that we stayed in, was extremely dirty. It looked as though no one had vacuumed between the nightstand and the bed in years. The overall room was very dark and again was not clean. We found items on the floor in the bathroom, which would suggest that the floors were never mopped in between customers otherwise there would be no way to miss that. We’ve stayed at other hotels on this trip and considering the price point of this hotel, it doesn’t compare to others at that level. "
