「Great location and accommodations.」

「Super cute and affordable little place just right for 1-2 people. Centrally located and within a few minutes to all the downtown things we needed(Rhodes College for baseball, my son's hotel,) and we even spent an evening on Beale St. It was a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Private parking behind the building was convenient with easy access to the unit. 」

「Convenience to the Civil Rights Museum was the key factor in our search for a place, and this was as convenient as it could possibly have been. The only problem was a slight inconvenience of needing to park the car, get in the elevator to the third floor to claim the garage clicker, and come back down to enter the garage.」

「It was just as pictured, very clean and inviting. The place was so cute and had everything we needed for a short stay and was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Extra bonus was having the washer and drier, we had just spent a week in Mississippi without one so it was so nice to be able to through a load in. We would definitely stay again in ever in the area.」

「The check in process was great. It seemed liked the ambiance of the building had something to do with a lot of fish tanks. The lobby and sitting areas smelled like old carpet. The 17th floor hallway had many fish tanks which a couple had a horrible smell and was obvious that they haven’t been cleaned. It was a lot of random old furniture just placed throughout the building. Our apartment was clean and our host was nice. It was comfortable. Also the building had 3 elevators but only 1 is...
