"Memphis charged a 100.00 security deposit since I was traveling with two small dogs (Yorkie and chihuahua). This has not yet been refunded. This also happened at the other two inns listed below. Additionally booking information quoted a 26.00 pet fee for up to two dogs if under 50 lbs total weight. My two were well under that guideline. This same issue was encountered at my stay at the LaQuinta Inns in Ft. Stockton (4/19/26), Grand Prsirie (20th) and Memphis (21st). I seemingly was dealing with new employees at each hotel. I chose LaQuinta Inns because of their pet policy. I need refunds for security pet deposits as well as credits for pet fees above 25.00. Thank you for your sssistance. Edith Vinson"

"So bad.. worst hotel I’ve stayed in"

"Front door locked but there was a gap at the top, room smelled, sheets had stains on them, you can hear EVERYTHING. Loud club music outside, neighbors phone conversations from their room, ppl loud walking by outside, and running water. Area is sketchy. Do not get a room here. Could not sleep. "

"It is by the highway so not quiet and there is nothing around but empty commercial buildings..No resturants .. only thing is it is 7 minutes from the airport so for early morning flights it is good"

"This hotel is gorgeous and an Elboc lovers paradise! It is really close to Gracelands and the hotel supplies free shuttle buses there and to the airport. The rooms are beautiful and great size. All the staff are very polite and helpful. Amore expensive than other hotels available but if you’re looking for the full Elvis experience and a visit to Graceland this is the place to stay!"

"Everything was very good. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn’t have a vehicle but we had only planned to go to Graceland. The hotel provided shuttle service for that. If you wanted to go to other places, like Beale St etc. you would need a vehicle or get a taxi."

"The internet kept going out. Guests walked their dogs with no leashes...one ran into my room. Road the elevator with a guy who had a gun in his pants. I usually know what I'm getting with a Motel 6, but for the price i paid, this establishment was unacceptable. "

"I rented this room for a family of five trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. I was excited to surprise my fam with the hot tub, and the separate bedrooms. Unfortunately the issues started as soon as I first walked through the rental with a bedroom door being off of it's hinges, which the host was aware of but did not fix nor disclose. Next, we discovered that the hot tub did not function correctly, and only half of the jets worked. I messaged the host, but got ghosted after trying to setup a time to get the issues fixed. There were many other minor things as well, such as the dishwasher being installed unsafely, not being enough towels for 5 people, pots/pans being in such poor shape they were nearly unusable, missing tv remotes, a broken master bed frame, washing machine that froze up, no hand soap or shampoo, trashed dartboard, shower falling apart, no brooms or other cleaning supplies, dirty dishes in drawers, etc.Pros:Hot tub still mostly worked, and got hot. Shower water pressure was very good. The floor plan was great for us, giving us space, but still close. I was very disappointed in the tub not working correctly, as this was the main reason I wanted to rent this space. Secondly, I wanted a dedicated private space for my teen daughter, but with the broken door didn't get that.I'm not sure if they just don't respect their paying customers or if it's just poorly managed, but I would not recommend this host unless something seriously changes."

"My family met my sister's family in Memphis and needed a place to fit all of us. The room layouts were perfect for our kid breakdown. The house is definitely better for older kids rather than younger, but they do list that in the description. If you are coming for Graceland, it is definitely a great location!"
