「Wow! What an amazing experience the Guest House at Graceland is! Not just a place to spend the night, but a wonderful experience in Elvis immersion! From the moment we drove onto the property to the moment we left, all of the folks who work there at Graceland, and even the shuttle drivers, were hospitable, friendly, helpful, energetic, intentional about their service to guests, and amazing. The grounds are just gorgeous and well-maintained, the pool is wonderful, and the restaurants are amazing...

「The oven was not working so breakfast was mostly bread product. This is the only thing that was a small issue for us.」

「Reserved a non-smoking room but was told when I arrived that only rooms that were smoker-friendly were available. What is the purpose of a reservation if the hotel cannot guarantee it? It was later when I arrived so not much chance to book another room. Got to the room and found that the outer window was cracked and had a hole in it. The room was clean and provided a night's rest. Outside, the grounds were well lighted and had several security cameras.」

「Some of the staff are very unfriendly..」

「Clean and easy access.」

「We had trouble accessing the room due to a key issue, and the staff assisted us kindly and patiently.」

「Extremely clean and nice smell when arriving at the hotel. Safe and secure parking lot. Nice variety of breakfast choices and clean area to eat.」
