「Asked for a non smoking room - walked into a room with cigarette odor. Changed rooms, only slightly better. Wi-fi / cable were adequate at best. Breakfast was poorly done with thawed out eggo waffles to be toasted, bland gravy for the biscuits, and really; sunny D for orange juice? Toilet overflowed. I had already plunged the toilet. Told front desk and still had to wait 1 1/2 hours to have someone come to check it out. Then all he did was plunge it again. He didn't wipe up the water that...

「Staff were friendly and location to downtown Memphis was great. The only issue was the wifi signal was weak in Room 129 at the end of the hotel.」

「Place was dirty outside near the registration window. Rooms had old/dirty sheets that have not been replaced. The room smelled of mildew on the rugs and bedspread. The floors had dead roaches and spiders on them. Toilet had dirty rings and smelled awful. I could not stay a full night in the place. I got there at 1:00 am and got up at 5am. I leaned back in a chair for a while and did not come back. Please do not go here it is one of the worst places I've been. Very nasty.」
