"I was first given a key to a room which had not been cleaned. They quickly found a room for me when I went back down to the desk. But that was sort of disconcerting. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Pool was closed"

"The pictures on the inside of the hotel are accurate but you can tell the property needs work done. Room was easy to find and get into.. the beds are super comfy.. only negative thing I have to say is shower was not cleaned well, I could still see hairs on the wall… also had a long hair on a towel I unfolded."

"The breakfast was fantastic. Dinner not so much. The chef-driven Italian-American fusion seems to have been lost along with the old menu. Like a thousand other restaurants their entrees are steak. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese. Taste was decent. Alas, not accompanied by a scrap of bread or sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. They have a bread appetizer for $20 that includes a soft pretzel! And sour dough bread. How Italian. Come on. Charge $5 more and do it right. My husband’s pork tenderloin was dry and tough. I would not recommend dinner here. But breakfast? Absolutely. "

"Memphis charged a 100.00 security deposit since I was traveling with two small dogs (Yorkie and chihuahua). This has not yet been refunded. This also happened at the other two inns listed below. Additionally booking information quoted a 26.00 pet fee for up to two dogs if under 50 lbs total weight. My two were well under that guideline. This same issue was encountered at my stay at the LaQuinta Inns in Ft. Stockton (4/19/26), Grand Prsirie (20th) and Memphis (21st). I seemingly was dealing with new employees at each hotel. I chose LaQuinta Inns because of their pet policy. I need refunds for security pet deposits as well as credits for pet fees above 25.00. Thank you for your sssistance. Edith Vinson"
