This hotel was excellent! Every staff person was friendly and helpful. They took good care of us! This is a good place to stay if you are going to the ORPHEUM, FedEx arena and downtown. The hotel itself was unique with loft style rooms. The rooms are quiet and we got good sleep here. We highly recommend this hotel

Everything was so beautiful, with an obvious attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even brought cake to my room for my birthday (I asked if they had any chocolate cake for my birthday) with a special note waiting for us when we got back that night. Staff was super nice. It was great to be able to get a coffee in the morning downstairs and get a drink in the evening. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel was not too loud. The hotel was decorated well throughout. We had a corner room and it was large. We didn't have a car until the last night and valet was easy. We would recommend. It's within walking distance of many must see attractions.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Fun Town! Beale Street was just steps away. The staff was more than amazing. Rich and Lamaria at the front desk were unbelievable. Jake, more than just the "building engineer", provided us with a handwritten list of to-dos that was perfect. We will be back, and we will stay at ARRIVE, Memphis!!
