"Overall we had a great time. Loved how close to Graceland it was and also not far from downtown Memphis. We couldn't throw anything in the garbage barrel as it was full and notified Nicole right away and she was taking care of it. I loved that Nicole was so easy to get a hold of and responded to any questions right away. The king size bed could be replaced as a few of the legs were broken but that was really our only complaint. "

"I had stayed there before and they have improved their rooms (fresh paint , new cabinets, Moen sink faucets, etc). Reduced score because they could not give me a ground floor room I had requested in an empty motel. And, both times I stayed there they put you in the extreme back of the place. As well as no coffee in the “lobby”"
