「We enjoyed our time at this establishment. The check in was smooth and the person who checked in was charming. The Lodge is close enough to Anchorage and other sites. It is located across from a school and neighborhood. 」
「I really wanted to stay a room with kitchen, and yes the room has kitchen however there is no cutlery, cooking pans and dishes etc. This is super disappointing for us. Other service could be good though.」
「Nice and cozy property. I will admit the area around the hotel could use more amenities but then again it is Alaska and it is mostly known for the great outdoors and nature. Anchorage is a nice city to take in the beautiful mountains of Alaska and this hotel is a nice place to stay while there.」
「It was the cheapest hotel at Anchorage. Such we were in an emergency we choose that.
But the service was terrible, if we can call that such a service. The room was very dirty. They don’t give you a towel if you don’t ask. Even if you ask they didn’t give me.
The neighborhood was bad. People yelling at night. Also yelling inside the hotel.
I became scared.
