「A gracious host, beautiful rooms, and excellent food made this a wonderful place to stay.」

「I booked one night by Hotels.com several months ago and got a reminder one day before stay. Nevertheless I got refused by the staff saying “your reservation has been cancelled”. I couldn’t believe that and understand how come such a terrible event happened. It was midnight and l had to accept an alternative he offered to me. It was terrible though I appreciate his help. It may be better never to book this hotel again.」

「Great place to stay compared to other places in Anchorage」

「Arrived at hotel at 4pm after full day of travel from Seward. 3pm check in but room not ready. Room finally ready at 5pm. Manager said she would give $200 credit. Never received the credit. Room was dirty with worn and frayed carpet. Breakfast buffet was one of the most sparse I’ve ever seen. Coffee was good. Considering I paid $600/night it was extremely disappointing.」

「I've stayed there on two occasions in the last month, I've been a member for years. Both times I have been called at 11am asking when I will be checking out even though I requested late check out the night before. I specifically asked the front desk staff if my name was written down as late check out even though I saw the night person put it in the book and still the am person said that it wasn't there.」

「Staff was warm and helpful. The pool was clean and the Hottub was as well. Will stay here anytime I’m in Anchorage」
