Best resort in every level. Def recommend it

After a surprise flight cancellation, we ended up at this property -- based on ratings, location, and price. The lobby and room were spectacular -- clean, easy to navigate, plush, luxurious bedding, and great bath amenities. Like everything in Anchorage, it is unduly expensive, but since we were in crisis, there wasn't much choice. The check-in was a bit of a mess, with the desk agent having stepped away and a sign reading "dial 0 from the Lounge phone." One problem -- no phone in the lounge!!! Eventually, the desk clerk returned and checked us in, but 15 minutes were lost during the transition. The room was great. Would recommend
