「We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return.」

The corners are dirty and dust kitties are evident, I kept my eye on the little spider in the corner who thankfully didn't bother me, and the bed was soft but comfortable. It's good for a quick night but I wouldn't stay longer than that. I appreciated the coffee in the room.」

When I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, the maids rolled their eyes, spoke to each other in Spanish, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of helping a guest.
