「I thought I had booked a room with a kitchen when I made the reservation. However, when I arrived, I found that the room did not have a kitchen. I asked the lady at the front desk and she immediately responded. She was very kind and I was able to spend 3 wonderful days there. I highly recommend this facility!」

「We love The Break - the atmosphere, the throwback 60’s beach vibe, the colors, everything is very special and a great venue for our Anniversary. The rooftop deck bar was not operating but they allowed us to sit out there and enjoy a beverage of choice and relax by the ocean view. The only constructive feedback is the king bed in our room was a little rough. We will be back no doubt.」

「Great place to stay」

「We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Were delighted to find out they had a free coffee bar in the mornings with both regular coffee and specialty coffees. Also, complimentary bottles of water. We also did not know they had a bar and bistro. The menu was limited but it was very convenient - breakfast for us. The exercise room had just 2 pieces of equipment and free weights. The pool was small and when we took a look, there was a workman repairing the rest room and he had the side door open which...

「I’ve been coming back for years. Very affordable, friendly, accommodating, family run business. Close to the Rhode Island beaches, Mystic aquarium, and many other things to do in the area. Clean, comfortable beds, and several dining options close by. 」

「From the porch, the beach was blocked from view by the roadside sea grass (itself a pretty view) but the ocean beyond is spectacularly in view and it will lull you to sleep all night with the window open. A literal 150 step walk across the street and down through a short sand path opens up a whole beautiful sandy beach where I took long strolls back and forth for hours. 」

「We have stayed here 5 or 6 years now. The motel is always clean, and the staff are very helpful and nice. It's always quiet in September and we just love it here.」
