Nicely updated rooms in an older motor coach motel, which is not a bad thing. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making each small room work well for guests. No real amenities or free breakfast, but if you're like me, you choose this property as a less expensive option with reasonable proximity to Newport. Highly recommend it for what it is, good job owners!
