"The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again."

"Terri and the whole staff were so friendly and accommodating. They responded to messages and requests in a very timely fashion. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The sounds of the river flowing close by was so peaceful. The elk on property are amazing! Great spot and hope to be back one day."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was really clean and the hot tub was great! My only complaint is that I didn't get any responses to phone calls or texts. I didn't get a link to check in. We went to the office for help and no one was there. We drove around the property until we found someone to help us. Once we made contact with someone they were very helpful. The person that helped me said if you book with Expedia you don't get a link to check in. I tried making contact several times within the 24 hours leading up to check in and didn't get a response. Overall our stay was great. But they need to work on communicating with guests."

"Staff wouldn’t allow us to check in 30 mins early. Said the room was being cleaned and needed to be inspected but no one was doing anything with our room. At 4pm she went and was back in 30 seconds saying it was good. The breakfast wasn’t great. Only cereal and 1 waffle maker which takes 3.30 mins for 1 waffle. They had hard boiled eggs and yogurt. They had some toast."
