"This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too! "

"I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic."

"The airport shuttle was free and timely. That was great. The pool and hot tub were very nice, but the door allowing access to them would lock behind me and not allow me back inside. The A/C in my room worked great during very hot days, so that was great. The bathroom was extremely small with just a sliding door. The toilet would not fully flush making it unusable. That really lessened the quality of my experience there."

Our room was a renovated room but was not cleaned or restocked (empty showers products and no linens for the pull out bed) the way we have experienced during previous stays. The previous guests left clothes in the drawers that were not cleaned out. While we still had a great time at the water park many of the lounge chairs were removed and or broken. The water stations were also not refilled."
