"I only minor complaints, and it isn't a big deal. The side door keyed entry only worked part of the time. The front desk kept telling us we were demagnetizing our cards, but there were many guests having the same problem. Also, it was a sold out hotel and they were not keeping up with the breakfast foods. I felt they were being cheap and cooking the minimum. Look at your guest numbers, plan ahead and don't make us wait 15 minutes for sausage."

"Kids loved the pool. The chlorine was strong but lots of fun. It even has a small water slide and a game area. A couple of the claw games didn’t work properly but for the most part was fun. "Property and room was clean. Really everything was good except when we checked in the staff told us breakfast was available in the morning, didn’t say anything about needing to pay for it. So we got our food and started eating just to have the staff ask for our meal ticket. When we didn’t have one we were informed that breakfast was not included. It cost us more to eat there than at iHop. The food was definitely not worth $40. "

"This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. With the exception of the door at the rear entrance needing maintenance this two day stay was pretty much perfect. The location is perfect for my needs. Everything as far as restaurants and shopping is within minutes. Felt safe in the hotel and parking area. Front desk personnel were awesome. I’ll definitely stay here again."

"A cute, rustic place. Staff was Excellent! The pool was warm, so 5 stars on that. Our only complaint was the pillows. Stuffed with lumpy foam. Very uncomfortable.
