  • • The home is 20 minutes from downtown Naperville, which is like a mini Chicago in terms of restaurants and shopping. 13 minutes to the Aurora casino and downtown Aurora. Less than 10 minutes shopping/restaurants on Route 59, including the Hollywood Palms dinner and movie theater

    NOTE: All 3 bedrooms and the 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs. The main floor has a half bath and sofa bed in the family room. there is a basement with no bath room or sleeping spaces.

    • Roman soaking tub in primary bathroom which is an ensuite bathroom, video game console consisting of 800 video games, air hockey table, 20 + board games, playing cards, hardwood floors. Free WiFi with streaming access and TV in every bedroom, also in the family room, Living room and basement rec room. Separate office workspace.
    There is sofa bed in the family room couch for extra sleeping space.

We only stayed a few days but the house was very comfortable. The two living/TV areas gave us plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Grandbaby visit

Our family enjoyed the stay over Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room and places for everyone to hang out. The dining room was great for our family dinner and games. The bedrooms were great and our granddaughter loved the bunk bed. We would definitely stay again.

Great location with lots of room

Stayed for a little family getaway and wanted to be close to the city, but not too close. This was the perfect location! Check in was easy and I was surprised at how much room there was. The kids had their own spaces and the whole basement to play in. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this house for a few days in Aurora visiting family. The house was exactly as listed! Lots of rooms for sleeping and “spreading out”. Excellent place to stay and will rebook in future! I definitely recommend this listing!!

Great yard to grill in the evening. Front room and family room both have TVs so kids can watch different things than the adults, if that's what you need or want. The couch in the family room is really comfortable to unwind on. Bedrooms all have their own TVs as well. The communication was amazing with the owner. They were incredibly responsive! I would definitely rent from them again if the option arises.

Our family of six stayed at this very nice home in Aurora while we were attending a high school graduation family get together. The house was very conveniently located and the check-in process was seamless. Communication with the owner was great. The house was exceptionally clean and secure. Quiet neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood. The house has lots of space. All three bedrooms are on the top floor. We enjoyed our stay. The host responded quickly and the only things we had to do before we left was take out the garbage and turn on the dishwasher 🙂 I would definitely recommend this place.
