「A wonderful property. Lived up to all its expectations. The host was super efficient, and easy to chat to. My only slight reservation about stopping again was something which the house and its owner could do nothing about it, and that was, the cars racing through the village. Our side road was quiet, but the B road at the bottom was dangerous especially if you had, as we did a 4 and an 8 year old. The village certainly could do with a 20 mph sign on the road or speed bumps.」

「Unfortunately i was highly dissapointed ..it was supposed to be a treat for my birthday from my daughter who gave me some monies to treat myself to something i might like ... I decided on Whitby and booked with expeadia ..Unfortunately a double deluxe room.. Garden view was reserved for me which i have proof that this was booked via email but last minute on the day of arrival I was told that i was going to go into Wainwright and that a host will be there on arrival before 9 pm .. We arrived...

「Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

Three Legged Cross

「Excellent property - the hosts thought of everything to ensure our stay was smooth! The cottage was ideal for hosting our party which was a mix of ages! Ample space and multiple bathrooms so no one was waiting around. It was particular suitable for elderly parents and kids with majority of bedrooms on the ground floor. The pool and hot tub (at perfect temperatures!) was a particular highlight of our stay not to mention the games room! Communication from the host was spot on!」

「I was very excited to stay here. The property is picturesque and in a small, charming village, but we had some challenges. First, the pros: good amount of space; prime location for photographs and feels special staying in the place where so many tourists are taking pictures; friendly neighbors; stylish decor; proximity to Bath is convenient; the host responds to messages. Now, the cons(for my family): driving on the one lane street with two way traffic into the village(not host’s fault) and...
