The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities.
I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request.
Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street.
So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return.

"Although there was some noise on from the 10th floor due to some construction in the dining area above our room, it didnt matter so much as it was during the day. The pool is a bit small and only two chairs next to the pool. The Sky Bar was bit of a let down, we only seen it open once in the 10 nights of our stay. but there are so many drinking places within a few minutes walk so wasnt a problem. The Hotel is on a busy main road but there was no noise from it in the room. The location was excellent all major tourist attractions are only a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a smile.
