We've interacted mostly with Jimmi and he was very supportive with all our needs, from recommendation of what to see and transportation bookings. Perfect location, near to lots of places were to eat very good and sightseeings. Rooms are cleaned every day. We strongly recommend this hotel! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Champton Hanoi Hotel — the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and local food spots, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh options. The rooftop pool and bar with city views was a great bonus after a day of exploring.
