The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. 「I couldnt have booked a better spot for my kids. I was nervous it being above a restaurant but you couldnt even tell. It was so tranquil in the backyard and upstairs, during the day we took the golf cart to the beach or shopped around and this was the most convenient place I ever stayed at. It was decorated better than most people decorate their own homes I just loved it and so did my kids and their friends. Cleanliness was perfect, decor, location, I couldnt have asked for anything better,...

「The beach access/view was spectacular. The place was very clean. Compared to some rentals, it was sparse with regard to shampoo, etc and had salt and pepper but no other cooking ingredients. You share beach space and your porch with neighbors. This is not a complaint but good information. The place was a splurge for us but was exactly what we hoped for. We hope to be back. 」

「Updated, roomy & clean. Our family of 4 loved it. Property is exactly as described. We loved the dock & inlet,watching the wildlife & fish. Anna Maria Island was extremely congested, crowded, horrible traffic throughout our stay. We ended up staying at the condo more, which was fine. 」
