「The location is great for eating, shopping and beach. Our room was near the road and was noisy at night. The door and window could use blackout curtains. Other than that, great place. Parking was also excellent. 」

「商業化されていないTreasure Island の広大な自然のままの静かなシュガーサンドのビーチの美しさが好きな方には最高のロケーションの一つだと思いました。まるで自宅にいるように、くつろげる室内の雰囲気のコンドミニアム・ホテルで、長期滞在にお勧めです。車がないと買物や移動は面倒なシティだとは思います。メキシコ湾の面しており、バルコニーやリビングルーム、キッチンにいながら、サンセットが見事に見えます。リビングルームが広く、フルキッチンで、自由気ままに静かに過ごせ、落ち着けました。ユニット内に洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤もあり便利でした。私が泊まったユニットには、ビーチに持って行ける、ビーチパラソルや複数のビーチチェアも備わっていました。High Floor を勧めします。数少ない気になった点は、（でも、人によっては、まったく気にならない点ですが）バスタブが浅めなことと、バスタブの材質くらいかと思いました。フロントの方もいろいろ丁寧に教えて下さり、快適でした。」

「Four chairs and a small table on the balcony overlooking the ocean made the visit restful. Stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath on the 5th floor. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. Used the brand new grills the building provided to cook the fish we caught. Elevator and stairs to use, and an assigned parking space made it easy. 「This was a great property in almost every category. However, the 30 "resort" fee was totally un-necessary. What resort? There is a price you pay as an owner for doing business, maintenance is one of those expenses. The guests should not be paying. There was no "resort" other than being on the water. We paid over 300 for one night! And..then add a "resort" fee? Also, there were no ice machines, so I called the front desk and they said it is the responsibility of the guest to turn on the...
