"超一流というわけではないが、立地はよいし部屋はそれなりに広く何よりバスタブがあり過ごしやすかった。ウェイバリー駅の至近なのは観光客には便利だった。また、ホテル至近に新しい商業施設があり、レストランがたくさんあるのも便利だった。初日は移動で疲れていたのでそこで夕食にした。エディンバラの古い街並みに溶け込むホテルで外見が美しかった。"

"The staff were incredibly flexible, polite, and professional. Their service was excellent, and they did everything they could to help us. The only disappointing issue was that there were around 10–15 small moths in our room. At night, they flew around the room, which was very unpleasant and made it difficult to relax. It was especially disappointing because the staff were so wonderful. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it took away from what would otherwise have been a great stay."
